The food here is chain-good, predictable but fresh & well-prepared. This Panera's has too many tables packed into its small dining room, however, so it feels terribly crowded even when the tables are only half full. They also use a PA to call orders instead of the pager system that every other Panera uses, so your meal is continually interrupted by announcements of "BILL YOUR ORDER IS READY"... not a good spot for a quiet lunch conversation.

I have eaten here many, many times. One of the busiest I have ever been to. Their menu selection is great--lots of healthy choices. The staff are wonderfuly friendly and often come around to make you feel welcome and bus tables if they have a free minute. You don't get that at all Paneras. . Good options for a non-meat-eater like me (none of their foods are billed as vegetarian by Panera.) My special orders are very nearly always right and are immediately corrected if I mention it with a big smile. They have seasonal items which keep people who eat there a lot from getting bored, but may disappoint some who go in looking for the same thing every time. Its lighter fare may not satisfy those with the meaty-manly appetites. Atmosphere is good: clean and well kept. Always loud in here because of the acoustics, but what do you expect from an old Sirloin Stockade building?

If you like good food: fresh salads, hot soup, great-tasting sandwiches and warm bread, Panera Bread is a great place to eat. They have a great selection of breakfast items and they are equally scrumptious too. The atmosphere is inviting and is a nice place to have a good meal, especially on a cold day.

The food here is very good but very small portions and you need to check your order because the workers there remind me of a school of minnows they bounce around tell someone kills them also they seem to always mess my wifes food up you knowvhow that is

I love Panera! This is my favorite "fast food" place to stop in town. Delicious bakery and tasty sandwiches!!!

Food is usually ok but lately it seems portions are smaller and former extras are missing. I like the Napa chicken sand for a late Saturday morning. Coffee is ok, but often a little stale. The place seems 'way too loud when busy so a little accoustic modification could be tried, but then it also appears many of the folks inside could yack at a lower volume, too!

A nice change-up for coffee from the half-dozen half-hearted Starbucks kiosks in town. Mediocre service.

It's a Panera, there really isn't much to say. They all look the same, they all serve the same food, and they all have a nice selection of "treats". This Panera isn't any different. Their Mac n Cheese is always a good meal, and the woman at the counter was very kind and ended up getting us to get a chocolate chip cookie. Interior- 4/5 Food- 4/5 Service- 4/5 OVERALL- 4/5

Very very SLOW. Call in your order unless you want to wait. Here's a photo of the line. Folks keep leaving because they are soooo SLOW. I see 4 people working and 2 helping customers.

Came in to enjoy a power breakfast bowl from the hidden menu. Took forever to get and the person making sure didn't have much to offer in the way of a smile or kind words. The breakfast came out cold and swimming in water. I tried to give her a chance to correct it, but she felt dumping off the water and serving it up again would work. I then took it to Bob the manager who tried to tell me that is just how they come out!! In the end he remade it and gave no apology for the poor service or less than expectable food. Coffee pots empty, lots of people waiting And waiting. Manager looks the part, dressed sharp but not managing his crew.

Always fresh, fast, and friendly! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel they are not that innovative with their fare. The menu seems staid and stately, yet boring and predictable like a national monument. The delivery is very good, though, and consistent. If consistency is the goal, then goal achieved. But, I think there is room for more fun and vivacity in the form of new menu items. How long have any of these sandwiches been on the menu? A long time. Do something right and do it well, I get it, but unless you're going to offer variety of your choosing (new items on fast food menus) or let me choose my own variety (Chipotle, Subway), I just get tired of it. Even the local bar down the street has lunch specials. Something to think about. Still, 4 stars for food quality and freshness, friendliness, order time, and it's also kind of a coffee shop, bread bakery, and confection bakery rolled into one. Hard to compete with but boring, like a Roth IRA. Panera Bread, the Roth IRA of fast food restaurants. :)

At lunch you can order a You pick 2 and you get a half sandwich . But order a breakfast sandwich (not designated as half) and you get a half sandwich. 1 piece of bread cut in half is a half sandwich.

This Panera is great! The facility is a little bit dirty but they do have a lot of business. The food is wonderful and prepared nicely from what I could see. The free wifi is great and there are many places to plug in your laptop or phone or any device. Great place to hang out, have some great food, and surf the web!

Had a great lunch at Panera Bread today I love the broccoli cheese soup in the bread bowl. I also had the Sierra turkey sandwich I really like the Asiago Cheese bread . Only draw back I got there at 11:30 and it was really busy with state workers so a lot of the tables were dirty. I can't understand why people can't bus their own table like they are suppose to but they didn't. It was also very hot and humid in the building. With the moderating temps outside and all the people in the building you would think they would have turned on the AC. You can't open a window so that is only way to have cooled it down. Food was good as always, service was fast and efficient for pick up at the counter I would go back and recommend that you try it out also
